These sea sponges are all natural and are sourced directly from the sea making them a perfect match to our natural soaps. I love to use them with one of our mild soaps, such as Lavender or Refresh as a nice exfoliating facial wash.

We have worked closely with our supplier and have chosen three different sponges with different exfoliation levels so you can choose the perfect sponge for you!

Sea Wool - 3-4" Soft and silky texture. Mild exfoliation for face or body. Creates wonderful lather for general bathing.

Yellow - 3-4" Firm texture. Medium to robust exfoliation for body. Not recommended for the face if you have sensitive skin.

Silk - 1½-2" Extra soft texture. Light exfoliation for face. Sustainability tip! I like to use these as a replacement for cotton balls or pads for application of toners and moisturizers.

Sea Sponges are an eco-friendly, renewable, natural resource that are a great alternative to synthetic sponges or bath "poofs" that are made from petroleum products. Sea sponges possess remarkable powers of regeneration, after harvesting, the sponge re-grows back to its original form within 3-5 years. Tiny bits of sea sponge scattered by ocean currents have the ability to settle in a new location and re-grow into a clone!

These natural sponges will arrive feeling very stiff, but they soften up beautifully as soon as you get them wet.

Natural sea sponges are wrapped in eco-friendly, compostable bioplastic. Sponges ship free with any other item!
